What
is Hopi Ear Candling ?
|
|
Ear Candles have been used for centuries all over the world,
particularly by Shaman healers.
|
|
But
evidence shows they were used by Native Americans, Ancient Greeks,
Siberian Prairies &
Asia.
|
|
I choose to use only use Biosun Ear Candles; made similar
to the original candles
made by The Hopi
|
|
Indians. Made from high quality fine linen and
beeswax.
|
|
|
|
I
choose Biosun Hopi Ear Candles firstly for safety and then quality. The
Biosun Candles which are
|
|
made by hand are approximately 22 cm long,
actual a long
thin cone shape that contains a small filter
|
|
which safely holds
any debris from ear and
candle. They are made from pure beeeswax, honey, herbs
|
|
such as camomile,
sage, St
Johns Wort & Essential Oils. Based on a Traditional Recipe from
the Hopi Indians.

I
must admit when I first hear of Hopi Ear Candles I was rather sceptical,
but after being introduced to
|
|
the first book about Hopi
Ear Candling by Jlli Hamilton available in
the uk I became intrigued and soon signed
|
|
up to learn. Since then
I have seen many clients come for thermal auricular treatments with great success.
|
|
Many clients
come prefering candling to ear syringing, feeling Hopi is much safer due to the risk of a perforated
|
|
ear drum. Main benefits I
see are from sufferers of Sinusitus, Impacted Ear Wax & Ear
Problems with Flying.

often use Reiki in my Hopi Ear Candling Treatments, other than a face massage, I find Reiki can help
|
|
dislodge deep impacted wax that normally takes a few sessions
to release. Reiki can
also help sinusitus,

|
tinnitus and other ear related conditions.I
