What is Meditation ?
Meditation is a simple technique and tool used to assist your mind to a point of focus.
It's main aim is to free your mind from clutter, confusion, therefore creating inner peace
and tranquility. It is extremely useful to reduce symptoms of stress including,
anxiety, depression, fatigue and high blood pressure.
There are various forms of Meditation most techniques originated from Asian
and Eastern Cultures. Many involve a Mantra, a sound, syllable, word, or group
of words that are considered to have the ability to create spiritual awareness
or inner peace within the user.
I began learning Transcendental Meditation known as T.M over 15 years ago.
Since then I have researched and learnt various styles of meditation.
Simple meditation using Breathing, a Simple Mantra, Symbol, Image or Object
such as an icon. To more advanced meditation practices seeking spiritual insight.
I teach various forms of Meditation to all ages including schools and adult education.
