It help's free your mind from clutter,

encouraging inner peace and tranquility.

Its long list of benefits include reducing

symptoms of anxiety, depression, fatigue,
|
insomnia, high blood pressure ...and other
|
stress related conditions.

There are various styles of meditation, but
|
most styles originate from traditional asian
|
|
|
These often include a Mantra, sound, word
|
or phrase considered to have the ability to
|
create a spiritual awareness or inner
|
|
|
I began with Transcendental Meditation over
|
17 yrs ago. Since then I have studied and
|
taught different styles of meditation to all
|
ages and abilities in lanarkshire.
