originally attuned by International Master- Mari Hall. She teaches and practices the more
Western Traditional Usui Healing method.
So what is Reiki ? Reiki is a japanese healing modality, pronounces Ray - Key.
Rei meaning universal, Ki means the vital energy force which flows through all
that is alive. Reiki is not a religion. It is a pure energy healing form. It is very
simple to use but extremely powerful.
The Reiki Session After a health consultation, you will be asked to lie down on a
massage bed also known as a plinth. During the treatment the reiki practitioner, will
places their hands on or just above your clothed body. The therapist works with the
energy as a channel, helping to balance and move the Ki around the body, unblocking,
boosting your energy chakras and meridian lines. Reiki is extremely relaxing and
soothing, ideal for all ages and conditions, the exception can be cancer.
Clients normally feel energy patches and heat from both the therapists hands.
Most clients are pleasantly suprised how well and relaxed they feel. Reiki is used as
an aid to treat anxiety, depression and stress. Along with helping to reduce pain, boost
energy levels and encourage the healing process for many dis-eases and conditions
of the body.
Reiki is so effective that there is no need to other therapies to it, although I love
adding reiki to boost other therapies. The only techniques I use with reiki is guided
and/ or creative visualisation which I have studied extensively. I bring visualisation in
to give clients a therapeutic a self help tool they can use at home particularly in cases

Master Apprenticeship/Teacher- 1 to 1 teaching is available for reiki therapists
who have extensively experience working with reiki approx 5 years. Apprenticeship
normally spans over a year. Each student will be considered on individual experience.
