Aromatherapists
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils to enhance and promote well-being.
They can assist in the relief of and treatment of many conditions and disorders,
mentally, physically and emotionally. Essential oils can also be used
in your bath, through inhalation and  applied to the skin with massage.
Aromatherapy massage is a relaxing form of masssage using pure essential oils
tailored to the clients needs and specific ailments.
 
 Counsellors
Counselling is a tool/ form of therapy that provides the client an opportunity
to work through issues, pain and life challenges, towards living in a way he or
she finds more satisfying . This can be working with individuals on a
one to one basis, pairs of groups of people Counselling can be
helpful with coping with crisis, developmental issues, working
through inner conflict and in relationships with others.
 
 Hypnotherapists
Hypnotherapy is where, through a professional partnership, with
client and therapist,the client is hypnotised, through simple hypnosis
techniques. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind or consciousness
e.g. drifting off, day dreaming or "going somewhere else". With a
qualified reputable practitioner hypnosis is harmless,
providing positive theraputic benefits.
 
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head is a family tradition passed down Indian History.
It is well recognised as an Ayurveda Complementary and Holistic
Therapy. Ayurveda means Life Science. It as a form of massage.
Applied to the upper body particularly the head and shoulders.
It is extremely useful to improve circulation, sluggishness,
muscle aches and pains, particularly neck, shoulder pain and
tension headaches. Very useful for relaxing as a stress release.
 
Massage
In Massage Therapy the practitioner applies manual techniques.
Massage is manual soft tissue manipulation, and includes holding,
causing movement, and/or applying pressure to the body.
There are various styles, forms of  massage, which include Aromatherapy,
On-site Massage, Remedial Massage, Sports Massage & Swedish Massage
 
Reflexologists
Reflexology is the application of pressure on various zones of the feet and hands.
These various zone areas are linked to various orgaas and areas of the body,
therefore stimulation of certain zones can have a healing or relaxing
benefit on the whole body. It has been observed that eg the foot mirrors
congestion or tension to the corresponding part of the body.
 
Reiki
Reiki is pronounced Ray-Key, Rei means universal Ki means
the vital life energy which flows through all that is alive.
REIKI energy is whole, not DUAL It is not conditional but unconditional
Reiki is not a religion. Reiki healing is a pure energy form.
Reiki therapists simply apply the hands over your clothed body.
It is a gentle non invasive healing therapy which is gentle and soothing.
Reiki can be used for most conditions and illnesses
